Blue Star Banner Fundraiser

Blue Star memorial banner   During World War II, families who had immediate relatives serving in the military displayed blue stars in their windows or on their front doors. Families who had lost loved ones in combat displayed gold stars. Women whose sons were killed in action were known as Gold Star Mothers.

To honor those who have served or who are serving the United States of America in the armed forces (whether at home or overseas), the CofC General Organization is pleased to offer a quality reproduction of the original WWII Blue Star memorial banner.

The Blue Star memorial banner can be purchased as either a 8"x15" banner (with crossbar, gold cord, and tassel) for $14.00 (plus $1.00 S/H) or as a 3'x5' flag (with brass grommets) for $20.00 (plus $2.50 S/H).

Proceeds from the sale of these banners and flags will go toward the replacement of the CofC flag box.
