The 55th Annual General Convention of the CofC will convene July 16–18, 2009, at the Doubletree Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando (http://www.doubletreeorlando.com/), 5780 Major Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819. Reservations must be made directly with the hotel at (800) 327-2110 or (407) 351-1000. You must state that you are with the Children of the Confederacy or use code “CHI” to receive the convention rate of $119.00 (up to four people) plus taxes and self-parking of $7.00 daily. You may also make reservations online at http://www.doubletree.com/. ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY June 22, 2009 to SECURE THE CONVENTION RATE. After that date, room availability and rate cannot be guaranteed.

REGISTRATION AND TICKET RESERVATIONS Forms must be received by June 15, 2009. Meal and tour tickets will not be sold at the convention.
