Research Options
Submitting Requests
All requests must be submitted in writing accompanied by the appropriate
researcher's fee (check made payable to “Treasurer General UDC”)
and a business-size self-addressed envelope. Requests must be addressed
to the attention of UDC Libraries.
If you wish to request military record research, please visit our Web
site listed above and follow the link to either of our libraries or to
our Confederate Ancestor Research
Form. Please carefully observe the form's instructions. If you do
not have access to the site, the research form is printed in the UDC
Magazine periodically, or you may call or FAX us, and we will be
glad to send you the form. Only the research form marked “Rev.
06/09 ” will be accepted. FEES COVER CLERK'S SEARCH
TIME.

“Prospective
Member” rates are extended only to persons who
have
been invited to join a specific Chapter. Name of Chapter and Chapter
Registrar extending the invitation must be included.
