All requests for supplies must be prepaid (including postage and handling charges as listed on the order form) and directed to the UDC Business Office, 328 North Boulevard, Richmond, VA 23220-4009 (telephone 804-355-1636 or fax 804-353-1396).
Checks should be made payable to Treasurer General UDC. Credit card orders will be accepted by fax, phone, or mail. No orders will be accepted via e-mail.
